Community members of all ages are invited to participate in the second annual “Expressions – en plein air” exhibition to be held at the ACWL-Nuveen – August 3 – September 11. We schedule this show to coincide with the multiple outdoor themed art classes we offer for youth and adults during the month of July - https://www.artswhitelake.org/pleinairevents
The exhibit not only gives students and faculty from the ACWL-Nuveen summer classes an opportunity to showcase their talent, it is an open invitation to our community to display the creative ways they celebrate the beauty and preciousness of our natural environment. It is FREE for all participants to exhibit – our only stipulation is that the artwork entered in the show have been originated and partially produced outdoors.
