Married Artist Members Ferrel and Lois Cordle share a home they built together on Crystal Lake but find their own unique expression in their separate studios. Ferrel, an Artist Member since 2009, has had a 40 year career as a Technical Illustrator, and Art and Creative Director for various advertising agencies. Her home studio set-up includes large windows that provide a great view of her beautiful yard and living in West Olive there is no shortage of inspiring spots for her to get outside and create in nature with her easel, which she loves to do! The estimates are in! We had approximately 350+ visitors stroll through the Made in Michigan Market at the ACWL-Nuveen on November 21 between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm. The weather cooperated with us this year to help promote the great turnout and steady stream of shoppers all day.
