A Fresh Air Exhibition

A fresh breeze has blown into the ACWL-Nuveen exhibition gallery! The third annual Expressions - "en plein air" opens today Friday August 4 and runs through September 2. This open-call community exhibition showcases artists of all ages and celebrates the unique challenges of creating art outdoors and the inspiring results.

There will be a free public reception for this exhibit on Friday August 18 from 5:00 - 7:00pm. Join us as we announce the winners of the ACWL-Nuveen awards in both the adult and youth categories and enjoy a beverage and some snacks! Are you interested in creating "en plein air"? Several of the artists in the show will be at the reception so you will have a chance to find out their tips an tricks, plus talk with ACWL-Nuveen staff about plans for our summer 2024 plein air classes.
