Please join us this afternoon from 4:00pm to 6:00pm for a free reception celebrating all of the artists who have participated in ACWL-Nuveen's annual community themed exhibit, Water Wonderland. We were blown away by the response to this water themed show. We had 54 artists dropping off 80 pieces of art for inclusion in the exhibit. This is by far our largest community show yet! A cross-section of artists of all ages are represented along with a wide range of art mediums. Fiber, paper, pastel, oil on canvas, photography and mixed-media artworks are on display.

We asked two of our board members, Mackenzie Smith and Chester Winowiecki to review all of the artwork in the show and select the best of show and honorable mention awards in the adult and youth categories. The awards went to the following artisans:

A big thank you to the White Lake Community Fund of the Community Foundation for Muskegon County for sponsoring this exhibition and to ALL of the artists who participated in this year's community show. It is always fun to see the creative interpretations of a central theme by the multi-generational artists in our community. We hope to see a good crowd at the reception. We are hosting it from 4:00pm - 6:00pm to coordinate with the White Lake Area Maritime Festival's Live music, food vendors and beer tent event in Goodrich Park from 5:00pm - 11:00pm. https://www.whitelake.org/event/maritime-festival-2026/ . We are located in the heart of downtown Whitehall at 106 E. Colby Street.
