Call for Art: Water Wonderland Exhibition

  • May 1
  • 1 min read

Inspired by the White Lake Area Chamber & Visitors Bureau's revival of the Maritime Festival August 6-8, the ACWL-Nuveen is hosting a water-themed community art exhibition July 10 – August 22. Participation is FREE and open to artists of all ages, with prizes awarded in both Youth and Adult categories.

As Michiganders we are surrounded by an abundance of fresh water in the beautiful and diverse great lakes, numerous rivers, creeks, inland lakes and ponds. All these bodies of water provide rich sources of inspiration whether it be environmentally, historically and/or personally to those of us who live and interact with these precious resources daily. What inspires you about water and how have you captured its essence? We hope that you will share your creativity in our community call for art.
