We are officially in the final month of our 2026 Free Summer Concert Series! Don’t let summer go by without joining us out at the bandshell to help us celebrate our 40th season of free music!
On August 4th, we welcomed Serita’s Black Rose, presented by the White Lake Area Chamber & Visitors Bureau with Sound Sponsor Big Stone Therapies. Self-proclaimed “Funkateer”, Serita and her band played a wide variety of songs and genres, everything from funk, rock, blues, roots and neo-soul. Serita’s energy was contagious and had concert-goers up out of their seats dancing in the lawn right beside her! It was another memorable evening out at the bandshell.
This coming Tuesday, August 11th, is another crowd favorite, Brena! Presented by Scott and Angela Geiger, this six member band features guitars, drums, horns, violin, keyboards and vocal harmonies. Hailed as West Michigan’s premier party band, Brena will be sure to have you dancing the night away with a wide variety of songs including oldies, current top hits, country, classic rock and R&B.
On August 18th, we’ll wrap up our 2026 Free Summer Concert Series by welcoming Flexadecibel, presented by Elite Air Heating and Cooling with Sound Sponsor Complete Restoration and Cleaning Services. Flexadecibel is a seven-piece funk-rock-soul band out of West Michigan and will bring both originals and cover tunes to the bandshell. You won’t want to miss the last concert of the summer!
All concerts start at 7pm at the Montague-Whitehall Rotary Bandshell. Thanks to the City of Montague for sponsoring the children’s craft activity at each concert.
