ACWL-Nuveen Promotes Muskegon Arts & Culture Coalition

The  Arts Council of White Lake - Nuveen (ACWL-Nuveen) recently participated in several events to help promote the Muskegon Arts & Culture Coalition (MACC). The MACC is composed of local arts and culture leaders who work together to celebrate Muskegon County's dynamic arts and culture community.

On Thursday, February 12, ACWL-Nuveen hosted over 30 guests to discuss and celebrate the work of MACC at the coalition's CONNECT event. Guests were treated to a presentation from Montague City Manager Jeff Auch who described the ways that Montague collaboartes with ACWL-Nuveen and other local organizations to develop the beauty of public spaces as well as attract tourism.

On Tuesday March 3, ACWL-Nuveen Director Erin Peyer and Marketing & Events Coordinator Ian Martin also spoke about MACC at the Montague/Whitehall Rotary meeting to make local businesses aware of the coalition and ways that their businesses could help support these cultural institutions.
