The ACWL-Nuveen is once again teaming up with Greenridge Realty to host the Carved Pumpkin Contest at Pumpkinfest, an annual community event hosted by the White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.
Participation in the Carved Pumpkin Contest is easy and free! Simply drop off your already carved pumpkin at the table outside Greenridge Realty's Montague office between 10:00 and 10:30am on Saturday, October 14. The only requirements are that the pumpkin must already be carved and that the design must be original - no stencil designs, please! We will be collecting votes from Pumpkinfest attendees from 10:00am through 12:30pm. Award winners will be announced at 1:00pm!
Pumpkins will be placed into either the youth or adult (16+) category, with a people's choice awards presented in each category. The adult 1st place prize will be $50 Chamber Bucks and the runner-up will recieve a $20 Gnarly Heifer gift card. The youth winner will recieve a family pass (4-pack) for Double JJ Waterpark and the runner-up will recieve a $20 Gnarly Heifer gift card. The ACWL-Nuveen will also present an award for the most creative carving and provide a prize of assorted art supplies.
