Class Description
Do you struggle with adding people to your sketches? In this class you will learn how to quickly sketch the human form in different degrees of completion and detail, as well as the importance of incorporating people into artwork to add scale and interest. A variety of mediums will be demonstrated and used. Class minimum: 4 Class maximum: 12 About the Instructor: Mary Jo (MJ) Ernst grew up in West Michigan and has been sketching her whole life. She uses all types of mediums in her artwork. Ink, especially solubles, is her preferred choice for quick sketching. Her sketch style is whimsical and impressionistic. MJ encourages anyone, all skill levels, to pick up a pen, pencil or brush to get started and make a mark! Cancellation Policy
Please note - Registration for classes is required, unless otherwise noted. You may register online, by calling (231) 893-2524 or visiting the ACWL-Nuveen. Please enroll in classes at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time. Courses cancelled due to insufficient enrollment will be 100% refunded. You can cancel your registration up to 3 days in advance of the class date. If you withdraw from a class less than 3 days before the class, you will be given a class credit.
