Summer Art Camp: Clay Fairy Tale Castles
In this class students will design their own unique sculptural ceramic castle/house. Through guided instruction students will learn the art of hand building with clay slabs, coils, texture, and nature imprints. This is a 3-day class held June 30-July 2 from 1:00-2:30 pm. Ages 10-18

Summer Art Camp: Clay Turtles and Frogs
Through guided instruction students will learn pinch pot techniques to create unique turtle and frog shaped vessels. This is a 3-day class held June 30-July 2 from 10:30am-12:00pm. Ages 6-9

The Nuveen Center is accessible to all visitors–whatever their ability. Each room is wheelchair accessible, including classrooms and restroom. Guide animals are also welcome. Feel free to call us in advance of your visit so we can accommodate any special needs.
