Exhibits

Help us enrich the White Lake area by offering free art workshops, a permanent art installation. A West Michigan artist will work directly with students to complete this program

Youth Theater

Students learn to express themselves as they audition and perform in our youth theater productions.

Scholarships

Support students by giving to our scholarship fund which will be used to lower class costs for families in need

General Fund

Support for the general fund helps keep our doors open at the Nuveen Center. When bills are paid we can focus on putting money and time back into our programming.

Summer Concert Series

Each Tuesday evening beginning in June through the middle of August, the lawn in front of the Bandshell is filled with children and adults. After 33 years the concert series continues to brighten our community.

Artist-in-Residence

Help us enrich the White Lake area by offering free art workshops. A West Michigan artist will work directly with students to create a permanent public installation.

Trombone Retreat

The Third Coast Trombone Retreat is an 8-day trombone intensive, welcoming talented college, high school, and amateur trombonists from across the country to the beautiful shores of White Lake. We will welcome students in June to work with nationally recognized musicians.

Class Supplies

Art class without paint? Nobody wants to see that day. Help us stay well stocked by making a donation.

The Nuveen Center is accessible to all visitors–whatever their ability. Each room is wheelchair accessible, including classrooms and restroom. Guide animals are also welcome. Feel free to call us in advance of your visit so we can accommodate any special needs.
