About the event
Learn basic technique for creating a journal in watercolor with Michelle Kunze. Students will pick their subject and learn different techniques on starting a journal. From prepping the base layer, markmaking, composition, color, painting techniques and mixing mediums.
Students should bring 10-15 photos, copies or magazine cut outs of the subject/theme they want to put in their journal for reference. All other materials, including a watercolor journal students will be able to keep, will be provided.
About the Instructor:
Michelle has been an artist all her life. She studied commercial art at Ferris State University and later studied art and design at Grand Valley State University.
