About the event
In this class, students will create a magical house out of materials from nature such as sticks, moss, leaves and bark. Each student will be able to take home their house to place in their yard to shelter their hobbit, gnome, fairy or other friends!Â
About the Instructor:
Lillie Sheridan is a student at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee Peck School of the Arts studying Art Education and Community Art. Since the age of fifteen, she has spent summers working with kids and helping them grow and express themselves. Lillie currently work at Islands of Brilliance, a non-profit organization in Milwaukee that provides art classes and a safe space for children and young adults on the Autism Spectrum.
COVID-19 Considerations:
Class size is limited to 6 students. Each student will get their own table which will be 6 ft from the neighboring tables. Students will have their own set of supplies that will be sanitized before class. Students must wear masks, use the provided hand sanitizer, and abide by social distancing mandates.
