About the event
Learn leather working and leather tooling through the process of making a knife sheath. Working with a basic knife sheath kit, students will learn about and use a variety of tools to create their personalized sheath, including a leather swivel knife, tooling stamps, a rivet setter, a stone tooling slab and more. The finished sheath will fit a knife up to 5 inches long and will be able to be attached to a belt. All materials are provided.
Please note that students will be using tools that have sharp edges, and while students will be supervised, we suggest you only sign up students that are comfortable working with a variety of tools.Â
