Introduction to Soldering

Join Casey Bemis at her home studio to gain insight into soldering metal for jewelry or small metal work. Students should have some experience working with basic fundamentals of metalsmithing such as cutting, shaping and cold connections. Students will learn appropriate safety procedures and be introduced to the use of acetylene and propane torches for the in-home studio. Participants will complete at least one project by the end of the four-week class.

This class is being held at Casey's studio - 3450 Todd Rd. Whitehall, MI 49461. Participating students will be required to sign a liability waiver.
