About the event
In the first session of Intro to Photography, students will get to know their equipment and begin to understand their camera setting choices. Led by photographer Denise McElrath, students will explore what equipment is needed based on your interests, as well as discuss basic settings such as shutter speed, aperture, ISO, and various program modes.
Students should have or borrow a camera with the option to use manual settings, such as a film SLR, DSLR, or Mirrorless camera, to use in this class.
The Intro to Photography class will be held the second Tuesday of each month, September - December, 2021. Sign up for all four classes or pick and choose the ones you're interested in!
