Friends Night Out: Fairy Houses

Grab a friend and your favorite beverage to enjoy a night playing with clay! Guided by Kathy Rogers, students will use clay and textures from nature to build your own, unique fairy/gnome house. You will have choices for decorating using various hand building techniques, textures, and glazes. Fairy houses will need to be fired in a kiln after class - the ACWL-Nuveen will let you know when your finished house is ready for pick up!  

Participants are encouraged to bring their own drinks. We will provide light snacks.

Class minimum: 4

Class maximum: 8

About the Instructor:

Mrs. Rogers is an artist and retired elementary school art teacher from Whitehall. She has taught at the ACWL-Nuveen Center for years, is a Gallery Member Artist and an active member of the Board of Directors.
