About the event
Students will explore theatrical and improvisational techniques that will help them express themselves, think on their feet, inspire creativity, and create characters. No experience necessary. Come with an open mind and an eagerness to step across the line into some new territory. Dress comfortably.

About the Instructor:
Alice Gambel has taught theatre for over 45 years. She has directed well over 100 shows. She has conducted workshops and classes in Improvisation, Stage Production, Acting, Musical Theatre Composition, Musical Theatre Performance, Theatre Management and Costuming for all ages. Before retiring to the White Lake area, Alice taught High School Speech and Theatre full time. She was responsible for many professional connections for her students which lead to full time performance careers. After retirement, she directed approximately 10 youth musicals for the Nuveen Theatre Workshop, most of which were performed at The Playhouse at White Lake.
