About the event

Alcohol Ink is a fascinating medium and the blending of the colors give surprising results. Marie Essenberg will teach you to move the alcohol ink into the shape of two different free-form flowers. Each one will be unique and impossible to duplicate exactly. That’s how amazing alcohol ink is!

Class maximum: 10


About the Instructor:

Marie Essenberg has been a nature and wildlife artist for 50 years and nature is where her soul thrives and roots connect. She has used many mediums to create detailed artwork such as oil, watercolor, pastel, graphite, colored pencil, pen and ink, acrylic, and scratchboard. Over the years her work has been shown at many galleries and art shows in several states.


ACWL-Nuveen classes are supported by CatchMark Technologies, Michigan Arts & Culture Council, the National Endowment for the Arts and the Nuveen Benevolent Trust.
