About the event
Build drawing skills and develop a deeper understanding of the medium with instructor Laurel Geis. Still life is a fantastic way to learn important drawing fundamentals or enhance the skills you already have. Because you design the still life yourself, you can meet your needs and skill level, and also make it very personal. These class sessions will use still life objects to  explore the basic building blocks of drawing: composition, shape and proportion, line and edges, value and shading. The sequence will finish with students creating a drawing of objects that have personal meaning or visual attraction.
This class will meet on Wednesdays, November 3, 10, & 17 Â from 10:30am-12:00pm each day.Â
Minimum: 4
Maximum: 8
