Whimsical Creators: Stuffy Study
Sew a little stuffed friend and create a painted portrait of your new stuffy!
Class Description
Ages 7-9 Create your own owl or monster stuffy! Using pre-cut felt, students will design their own stuffy using rick rack, felt scraps, and buttons. Students will also paint a canvas portrait of their stuffy using acrylic paint. This is a 3-week class. Class minimum: 4 Class maximum: 8 About the Instructor: Kathy Rogers is an artist and retired elementary school art teacher from Whitehall. She has taught at the ACWL-Nuveen Center for years, is an Artist Member and active volunteer at the ACWL-Nuveen. Please note - Registration for classes is required, unless otherwise noted. You may register online, by calling (231) 893-2524 or visiting the ACWL-Nuveen. Please enroll in classes at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time. Courses cancelled due to insufficient enrollment will be 100% refunded. You can cancel your registration up to 3 days in advance of the class date. If you withdraw from a class less than 3 days before the class, you will be given a class credit.
