PLEIN AIR LUNCHEON AND EXHIBIT 2019
Join us for a day of painting on-site at the beautiful Lundell Farms, 4669 Lorenson Rd. North Muskegon. Be inspired by your natural surroundings and share a farm-to-table lunch experience with your fellow artists.
About: Open to artists 18 years and older. Original works must be completed on-site or from pictures from the August 30th Luncheon. All mediums accepted and participating artists supply all supplies. All works must be for sale.
Conditions: Accepted artwork must be ready to hang and be on display for the duration of the exhibit. A 40% commission will be charged on all artworks sold during the exhibit.
Entry Procedure: There is a non-refundable entry fee (total) of $35, which includes lunch and entry fee for exhibit. Each artist may enter two pieces per exhibit fee. Entries must be delivered to the Nuveen Center, 106 E. Colby St. Whitehall, MI 49461 by August 31. All forms must be completed in their entirety to ensure correct identification, pricing and notification.
Labeling: Affix entry labels firmly to the back of the entries, in the upper right corner. Artwork must be framed or finished edge, wired, and ready to hang. Unsuitably prepared work may be declined.
Liability: The ACWL takes every precaution to ensure the protection of artwork. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
Time Line: Artist must register by phone, email or in person by August 23rd. Plein Air Luncheon– August 30, 10 am– 3 pm with lunch served at 12 pm.
Awards: People’s Choice Award (worth up to $50) will be awarded the night of the reception.

Drop Off Entries: August 31, 11:30 a.m.—5:00 p.m.
Exhibit Dates: September 3– October 12
Reception: Monday, October 7, 5-7 p.m.
Pick-up Work: October 15, 10:30 a.m.—5:00 p.m. and October 16, 10 a.m.—4 p.m.
