2019 Exhibitions

In Legacy, an exhibit featuring the work of Bill Randall and Roycine King, we celebrate our local art elders. With a combined resume of over 50 years of producing art, each artist in this exhibit offers a unique perspective and handle on their craft.

In our 19th Annual Change of Seasons exhibition, local artists will be showcased in an amazing show of talent and craft. The exhibit always demonstrates a large range of mediums and thoughts and spans the work of Kindergarten students to adults.

Local artists gathered at Lundell Farms on August 30th, 2019 to paint en plein air. These pieces will be on display and a People's Choice Award will be presented.

The voices of the future are on display at the Arts Council of White Lake - Nuveen Center in the newest exhibit, Emerging Artists: 25 and under. Three talented and emerging art professionals are showcasing their work.

The weekend of July 3, thousands gathered in downtown Muskegon to celebrate our thriving art culture at the Lakeshore Art Festival. The community participated in a community canvas. The sales from this exhibit benefit local art programs.

Art Walk

Let art be your guide to the White Lake area, as you explore our outdoor sculptures. 

The Nuveen Center is accessible to all visitors–whatever their ability. Each room is wheelchair accessible, including classrooms and restroom. Guide animals are also welcome. Feel free to call us in advance of your visit so we can accommodate any special needs.
